• yes, i did choose the powers that they are allowed to have otherwise it just ends up crazy so sorry, but take it or leave it.

• make sure you look at other halliwell applications to make sure that you don't miss anything that could be about your character.

• MAKE SURE YOU CLAIM THEM!

• please pick a reasonable play-by for your character. if your brothers or sisters are already taken take a look at their play-bys and think about what their parents look like. it just makes it much more believable if you pick celebrities that look alike. if you need any help picking someone the staff is here for you.

• NO ONE GETS MORE THAN ONE CANON! i don't care who you are, you only get one halliwell and if you go inactive for more than a week without posting that you're leaving - you lose that halliwell.
